  The swim instructors that were assigned to my kids were unprofessional and disrespectful. When given feedback over the phone, the owner (wife) was defensive and rude. She was so caught up with being defensive that she was unable to recognize and address the actual concern. Her way of dealing with it was to turn it around and blame the customer.
